N7SMIJared Smith - N7SMI

Jared (N7SMI) was licensed in 2011 and is relatively new to DXing, but in that short time has worked over 240 DXCC entities, earned several DXing awards, and has developed a passion for DXing. Since working his first DXpedition on the air, he has dreamed of working through the pileups in some exotic location. TX7G in Marquesas is sure to fulfill those dreams. Jared is an active contester, chaser of DX, and loves to travel. He plans on activating a new much-desired entity each year for the next several years.

Jared will operate SSB and RTTY and is coordinating logistics and licensing for TX7G. He also designed and administers this web site. He greatly appreciates the insights and education he is gaining from this experience of a lifetime.
